Despite the use of technology, global paper consumption continues to increase, causing deforestation, wasted energy and water, air pollution and waste. To reduce paper use, we are eliminating paper instructions inside our product packaging, digitising manuals and using QR codes printed on the product label. A scan of the code will direct the user to the product's instruction page. It is a step forward and part of our commitment to reduce our environmental impact.
In addition, this system allows you to have the instructions always at hand in your phone, avoiding the problems caused by mistakenly lost or thrown-away instructions. How the QR Code works is very simple: open the QR Code reader app on your phone or the QR Code reader already integrated in the camera app, frame the code (with sharp focus) and open the link to the instruction manual on the browser of your choice and there you have it: instructions always at your fingertips.
