This is why we created the OTTO series , which combines style with the performance of Idral products. The soft curves and the combination of body and top cover make this product ideal for integration into any high-end project. In collaboration with designer Luca Papini, we have created a range of electronic taps and mixers that transversally combine the two worlds of technological innovation and design so that you no longer have to choose between style and performance.
The design of OTTO electronic taps
With this series we wanted to develop a range of products of true design, the result of in-depth research into materials, industrial processes, and technological and aesthetic innovations. The taps in the OTTO series combine the simplicity of ergonomic lines with the variety of combinations, finishes and colours that allow the designer to give free rein to creativity to create truly unique spaces.
In fact, these electronic taps have different heights to suit any type of sink, from basic models to original solutions requiring special dimensions. In addition, we have created a range of special finishes and the possibility of two-colour combinations to always find the ideal option to integrate into the design vision.
In collaboration with designer Luca Papini, we have created a series of products that transversally unite the two worlds of public and private bathrooms.
Designer Luca Papini explains: "OTTO comes in both mixer and single-water versions , both with a photocell control of the supply to ensure maximum water saving. The series is available in chrome, white, matt black , gold, nickel and rose gold/copper in a brushed finish. The soft shapes of the OTTO faucetare emphasised by a cover at the top that aids inspection and allows for two-colour customisation of the product'.
The performance of OTTO electronic faucets
Infrared technology does not require contact with any surface to control the flow of water, offering greater safety to the user and minimising the danger of cross-contamination. These taps have an automatic flush system every 24 hours after the last use, preventing the proliferation of germs such as legionella. In addition, they are very easy to use thanks to the infrared sensor. This is important when you want to make the bathroom accessible to everyone, especially for people with reduced mobility who can wash their hands more easily with an electronic system than with a standard tap.
