As already anticipated at the beginning of last year, we are experiencing a reversal of the growth trend that characterized recent years in both the industrial and distribution sectors. Data from 2024 confirm this trend.

The distribution sector is constantly evolving, with a growing presence of purchasing groups and large-scale retailers. In July 2024, Idral became part of the Roca Group, a global leader in the design, production, and marketing of bathroom products. This strategic partnership allows us to strengthen our market position and enhance our innovative capabilities.

The acquisition by the Roca Group amplifies the complementarity of our products with Roca’s extensive portfolio, opening up new growth opportunities on a global scale. Together, we can offer sustainable and high-quality solutions for public and commercial bathroom markets, leveraging the international resources of the Roca Group.

Trends and Innovations

In 2025, we will continue to focus on design, color, and innovation, with increasing attention to sustainability and controlled water consumption. In this field, Idral is already a benchmark in Italy, developing tailored solutions to meet market needs.

Our commitment to sustainability remains an absolute priority. Beyond eliminating plastic and using FSC-certified cardboard, in 2024, we completed a Corporate Energy Diagnosis with the goal of implementing an energy consumption monitoring system in 2025. Additionally, we are optimizing the climate control of our office building with an eco-sustainable approach and progressively reducing the use of paper archives in favor of digital solutions.

Commitments for 2025

The year 2025 promises to be full of commitments: alongside the preparation of the new catalog, which we will present by the end of the year, we will attend the ISH international fair in Frankfurt in March, sharing a space with the Roca/Laufen Group. In April, we will participate in the Milan Fuori Salone, a key event for design.

We will continue participating in webinars, increasing our digital marketing presence, and providing ongoing training for our sales network. We will maintain visits and training sessions at our clients’ points of sale, design studios, and organize visits to our facility with on-site training programs.
