Mexican restaurant, Spain

The Chapulin restaurant is a reference point for Mexican gastronomy in the Canary Islands, thanks to the authenticity of its recipes and the quality of its ingredients. Recently, the restaurant was refurbished to give the façade and the dining room an even more original flavour and take customers on a gastronomic journey of colours, aromas and joy.

A central part of the renovation was the complete refurbishment of the kitchen and the dishwashing and pre-washing station. All this responds perfectly to a fundamental requirement of any renovation: to make the functionality of the kitchen the cornerstone around which the rest revolves.

In both cases, Idral pre-wash shower units combined with foot-operated taps were chosen because there was a particularly strong need to facilitate staff work, ensure maximum hygiene and save water. In fact, Idral's hand shower taps are extremely easy to use, thanks to the flexibility of the body that allows them to be moved freely and used with just one hand. In addition, water flow is controlled through foot taps that deliver water only when needed, reducing waste, which in bars and restaurants can be a significant cost. In this way, the facility has achieved several benefits, combining the need for an aesthetic overhaul of the premises with that of maximum kitchen functionality, ease of use, safety, durability and also cost-effectiveness, given the reduction in waste.
